Say hello (or mmmm) to the newest member to our brownie family - Raspberry Cheesecake Brûlée Brownies! They're our signature dark chocolate brownie base slathered with a creamy cheesecake layer, loaded with homemade raspberry jam and Valrhona raspberry ganache!
Just when you think it can't get any better, we torch a layer of fine sugar on the top so you get that iconic crème brûlée bitterness from the caramalized sugar. The perfect blend of sweet and tart.
1 pie-cut brownie measures 5 inches across, cut into 8 slices.
Do allow for slight variation in colour and size as each batch is handmade and hand-packed.
