Pistachio Raspberry Butter Cookies (x2) - We know no holiday season is complete without cookies, so we made it even better - cookie sandwiches. Pistachio butter cookies with a raspberry ganache centre surrounded by a white chocolate pistachio ring, topped off with more crushed pistachio. Wrapped up in a ring of Valrhona Raspberry Pearls. A gift for your tastebuds.
Gingerbread Baileys Mini Log Cake- Spiced Baileys panna cotta core snuggled in a classic chocolate swiss roll filled with intensely chocolatey whipped ganache. If that's not enough, we've also added a chocolate feuilletine base and covered the entremet in a dark chocolate ganache. Now THAT's a Christmas dessert.
The Ultimate Hot Chocolate Bomb - A curated blend of cocoa powders tucked in a dark chocolate shell. Pour your choice of hot milk (full fat, low fat, soy, almond etc) over the chocolate ball and watch the magic happen. And of course we didn't forget the marshmallows.
